Documentation? No. Table grand totals? No, one has to do that manually. Pivot table option availability? Only on reports with a count or count distinct display. It is promising concept, but in my testing of it, it has fallen short of my expectation. To create a report that would generate a basic pivot table, it is logical that it will have 3 displays items: display to be set as the pivot label column, display left unset to create the pivot label row, and the count (the display to generate the pivot data). Questions: What about getting the totals (besides doing it manually)? And the pivot table option is only available with selected reports, right?
