[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Network errors when attempting z39.50 imports

I have a new install of 1.6.04 on Jaunty. The client seems to work fine, 
except when attempting to import LOC records. I get "Network or server 
failure" errors with each attempt, yet I am connected to the server  via 
ssh without any trouble. I am guessing I have something mis-configured, 
but not sure what that might be.

Any ideas??
