Amy,

If you populate the F5 (Item display status) with items, you can either
use the options under the "list actions" button at the bottom of the
screen to create a file or select all your items and choose "print spine
labels" from the "actions for catalogers" menu. Highlight and copy the
resulting display and paste it into the file you need.

You could also run a report for the call numbers of recently added items
and create your file from that.

Subject: [OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] question

Does anyone know how I can print spine labels to a file and upload that
file to a website which reformats everything as a pdf suitable for sheet
printing?

Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not;
nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not;
unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is
full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are
omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the
problems of the human race. Calvin Coolidge
