Thanks for the data point Joel,

We are on Evergreen 1.6.1.2 which might make a difference.  Its a strange behavior considering a search done on Amazon for either ISBN returns a result.

Hi Michael,

What version of Evergreen are you using?

Our Library is using Evergreen 1.6.0.2 (about to upgrade to Evergreen 2.0 in a couple weeks), and we have never had this problem in our system.

Usually when I catalogue new materials acquired, I tend to put the ISBN-13 before the ISBN-10.

Example:

    020 ## |a0123456789012
    020 ## |a9876543210

This information probably doesn’t help, but I thought I would share it.

Kindest Regards,
Joel

I'm hoping someone has some insight into how Amazon content is pulled.  If a MARC record contains two 020 fields (13 and 10 digit ISBNs) our catalogue only displays book jackets if the 10-digit ISBN is first.  Is there any way around this?

Thanks,

Michael
