Hello Evergreen, I am with the Shasta Historical Society in Redding, CA. We are working towards automation and seriously considering Evergreen. We have roughly 30,000 print materials and another 30,000 photographs/negatives/slides. Will Evergreen handle our materials? Can the system take a metadata record and covert it to MARC so we can attach a photo to a record? We are in a crunch to get any equipment we may need as we are applying for a grant which is due Friday. Also, does Evergreen allow off site searching by the public?
