There are a few fixes related to localized 856 fields that were applied
after 2.0. What we found to be the simplest fix  currently was to just
disable all of the BibTemplate based 856 handling in
/openils/var/web/opac/skin/default/rdetail/rdetail_summary.xml (search for
"online" and you'll be right there). That way the records still appear in
searches, and the URLs are displayed as expected.
