Hello Mieke I know that we needed the depth of the View Fund permission set at the highest level of the organization hierarchy. We also have the Create Volume and Create Copy set at this level also.

I was testing user permissions and found that users registered as acquisitions and acquisitions administrator cannot do the whole process of ordering a book. Once a brief record is made and a copy has to be added, the user registered as acquisition administrator is not able to select the owning branche or the ordering agency.
