I have set up a regex for this "[Dd2]{1}[0-9]{9,13}" which is designed to
allow for 10-14 digit barcodes that can begin with d (small or upper case)
or a 2. I entered this in the library setting at the top level (c/w mars)
and it seems to do nothing. I thought it would validate the data entered
to see if it matches the regex.
