Dear all,

We have managed to migrate patron data to Evergreen 2.0.9. All patrons now belong to a group called "Patrons". When a particular patron comes to the library, the staff member assigns her or him the right subgroup (such as teachers, students, other users etc.). In Circulation Policy Configuration we have set up different loan durations for each of the subgroups. However, when an item is checked out, the only loan duration which is used is the one belonging to the group "Patrons", the others seem to be ignored. In case there is no rule for the group "Patrons", we encounter a missing matchpoint error. We have tried to restart Perl, autogen.sh and Evergreen as a whole, we have also tried to find some clues in the mailing list archives, Evergreen documentation etc. but without any useful results...

Could you please help us how to proceed?

Thank you in advance!

Vaclav
