Quoting Heidi Florenzen <[email protected]>:

Has anyone successfully paired Cassie with Evergreen? (We're currently running Evergreen version 2.1) If so can you please share details? We've been without integration for 10 months.

Yep. I'd recommend using the latest SIPServer from git at:

http://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=SIPServer.git;a=summary

SIPServer is a slightly more Evergreen-specific fork of OpenNCIP, though it maintains compatibility with the latter for the most part. It has some new features that work with more recent versions of Evergreen. The latest version also has several fixes for checksums by Dan Scott and myself.

It is what we use and it works with Cassie that is used by at least of our members.

To install the code from git, it very simple.

1. Make sure you have git installed on your server.
2. cd to /opt (SIPServer expects to be installed in /opt/SIPServer, but really it can go anywhere with a little tweaking of configuration and scripts.)
3. Type the following on the command line:

git clone git://git.evergreen-ils.org/SIPServer.git

After that, following the README and other instructions to configure it.

HtH,
Jason
