ITS had tried newer older version of the driver, but not this specific
one. It works.

I've done a bit more testing on the printer and even though we are not
getting the error messages, it is printing a full page rather than
cutting off at the end of the receipt.  I'll keep you posted if I figure
that out.

Hello Tara,

 

I noticed in the Evergreen ILS list archives that you had been doing
research about how to make an Epson TM-T88iv receipt printer work with
Evergreen and Windows 7.  Have you resolved that issue?  We are trying
to install and I have been receiving the same error messages which you
encountered.  

 

I also noticed that one of the resolutions recommended was using ver
4.12 of the printer driver.  I've been unable to locate this driver and
wondered if I should bother looking further or if there was a different
solution.
