I like using community and contribute. However, I would be inclined to put Chat under community rather than contribute. Also, I prefer the old language "chat" to calling it a "Developer Chatroom". There are non-developers who participate or just lurk in IRC, and I wouldn't want to discourage other non-developers from doing the same. It's also used for DIG, reports task force, and community meetings, so I would say the audience goes beyond developers. Otherwise, it looks good to me!
