Yes, I have performed a full system update/upgrade, osrf 2.1.0 upgrade,
Postgres 8.4 to 9.1 upgrade (clean installation and import data from
pg_dump). The result is available at
http://www.jabok.cuni.cz/opac/en-US/skin/default/xml/index.xml.
DB upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1 without problems;
DB upgrade from 2.1 to 2.2 without problems;
DB upgade from 2.2.0 to 2.2.1 and from 2.2.1 to 2.2.2 problems with
REDO, used psql -U evergreen -h localhost -f
version-upgrade/2.2.1-2.2.2-upgrade-db.sql --set="eg_version='foo'" to
force action;
I previously tested the upgrade on my home test server with version
2.2.0 and all worked fine.

Quick question - did you upgrade OpenSRF to 2.1.0 before upgrading Evergreen?
