Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to specify patron
permission groups when you are setting up overdue notices by email using
the action triggers? For example, we have a customer who requires
different notice text to be sent to their junior borrowers and there
will also be the need to exclude certain permission groups from
receiving overdue notices (e.g. don't send to library staff). I cannot
see a way to achieve this at the moment.
Any ideas?
