Perhaps it was the turtle implication that turned our staff against him
as well. The clip art we ended up with are much like what Elizabeth
describes.

I agree that making this easier to customize is a good thing -- thanks
for adding this to Launchpad. However, I don't think we should use
the turtle for both images by default -- we found this a real source
of confusion in training because the turtle so clearly implies slow
delivery and doesn't make sense for items that are being put on the
hold shelf.
We also found that the turtle image itself to be a problem, since it
so clearly implies that delivery is always slow and that's not the
message we want to have circ staff see many times a day. We had
discussions about what images to use here, the most popular suggestion
being a speedy-looking delivery truck, but decided that just having
the big bold words was simple and clear.
