We are using Evergreen 2.4. We would like to populate the "OPAC/Staff Client Holds Alias" field in the Patron registration window, as we are hoping to use this on our Holds notification slips for patron self-pickup. Does this field have to be filled in manually or is there a way to automatically generate the field (i.e. first 3 letters of patrons last name plus last 4 digits of patron barcode (or something like that))?
