The minutes from today's Executive Oversight Board meeting are available

The following items were agreed upon by a formal vote of the Board:
* To authorize implementation of the merchandising proposal:

* To authorize the Software Freedom Conservancy to expend funds ($275)
at its discretion to register the literal trademark for Evergreen
The following item was agreed upon by a request of the sense of the board:
* In response to a request from Eventbrite to include a blurb in
conference-related e-mails, the board agreed that they are comfortable
with recognizing all conference sponsors in these e-mails with a link
back to the EG2014 conference sponsors page.
