There are release notes for 2.5 available at
http://evergreen-ils.org/documentation/previews/RELEASE_NOTES_2_5.html.
They identify new features that are available in 2.5 as well as some
upgrade notes identifying issues you need to be aware of when upgrading.

dropped or lost? I'm trying to come up with a pros and cons list for
upgrading. I personally think the pros outweigh the cons but just
want the libraries to be aware.

the Equinox website. The documentation is available as asciidoc and
