Hi all,
It's time to begin the process to select a site for the 2015 Evergreen
International Conference with the formation of a Site Selection
Committee. This year, the Executive Oversight Board would like to put
together a committee with the following representation:
- one rep from the Executive Oversight Board
- three reps from past conferences
- two at-large representatives from the community
- one vendor rep
This e-mail is a call for volunteers to serve as one of the at-large
community reps or the vendor rep.
The committee will work over the next couple of months to put out a call
for proposals for potential conference hosts and to evaluate these
proposals.
If you are interested, please e-mail me off-list. If there is an
overwhelming response, those who volunteer first will get first priority.
