The following items were agreed upon by a formal vote of the Board:
* To amend the EG Conference 2014 budget to add $1,500 for the resource
allocator summit
* To form the Merchandise Committee with initial membership of Rogan
Hamby as chair, Melissa Ceraso, Rose Schooff, and Ruth Frasur
