The committee unanimously selected the proposal submitted by Buzzy Nielsen of the Hood River County Library District. The Site Selection Committee consisted of Shauna Borger (Evergreen Indiana), Grace Dunbar (Equinox), Amy Terlaga (Bibliomation), Tanya Prokrym (NC Cardinal), Debbie Luchenbill (MOBIUS Consortium), and Beth Longwell (Sage Consortium).
