Srey Seng - Thank you for your answer to my question regarding the standing penalty labeled "fulfill". I still don't quite think I've got it right. There are five potential penalties - Circ, Fulfill, Hold, Capture, renew. I would think "circ" means check out, "hold" means place a hold, "capture" means capture an item for the hold, and "renew" means renew.
