Bill, If the display of the patron summary was horizontal would the displayed fields be basically what we see now in the horizontal display in the client (stock client, not C/W MARS client)?
Some of the feedback I’m getting from our libraries is that staff do not want scroll down to see the patron information and prefer it to be horizontal on the top. Is the plan for an alert message to be a pop up box or possibly just display on the top of the screen? Thanks.
