We're having a problem with facets in our catalog. If I do a subject search on dogs and look at the geographic subjects, I see Alaska (2). When I click on that, I expect to get two records but I get 54, and the now-selected Alaska says 54 in parentheses. When I deselect it, it reverts to displaying (2). The author facet for Eric Hill displays (8) but finds and displays (43) when selected.

I see the same problem for all the searches I have tried. The facet numbers are all much lower when unselected than the (apparently accurate) numbers when selected. The inaccurate low numbers also affect the order of the entries in the facet list. Here are the first five geographic facets for my dog search. The first number is what it reported when unselected, and the second it shows when the facet is selected.

Connecticut 3/14
Alaska 2/51
Texas 2/21
Australia 1/13
England 1/51

I tested this on a few other Evergreen catalogs, and found the same problem on all but Laurentian's. Any ideas?

Thanks!
