Just double checking: Did you add a username to the "OPAC/Staff client username" field on the staff records? It might be helpful to see some screenshots of the staff records and what's happening in the staff client/opac.

    Patrick, did you ever figure this out?  Was it a missing Working
    Location for the new users?
