We are setting up to go live on Evergreen 2.5.1 and am having problems printing to the Star Micronics TSP100 printer. After setting up the printer through a USB connection to an iMac the printed results are printing out, but are printing with a much smaller font and are only covering about half the width of the sheet of receipt paper. This is in comparison to the TSP100 printing through a USB connection to a Windows 7 workstation. Does anybody have a solution for this?
