Jennifer, Evergreen pushes the due time to 11:59pm on transactions that have day-granular circ durations. So, it sounds like you've got a timezone mismatch somewhere. Likely, your database server (or the database iteself), or the app server if separate, thinks it lives in UTC instead your correct timezone.
