Hello Sitalk I've run into this error before when I didn't edit the ejabberd settings like the docs say. Specifically the maxrate settings as described at http://evergreen-ils.org/documentation/install/OpenSRF/README_2_4_1.html#_configure_the_ejabberd_server
I would suggest you double check those settings. It would also help to know what distro and version of linux you are installing to.
