Thank you. I’m trying to contact my EzProxy guy now. Would anyone happen to have a correct url for an electronic book I could look at to see how it is built?

It does not have a configuration for the resource in the 856. Either that's a new database that your ezproxy does no know about or the URL in the 856 is incorrect. You should check with your ezproxy administrator. There is a problem where the browser prevents you from opening links with http. You can open them by using CTRL-click to open the links in a new tab. A fix was added to the most recent maintenance releases so that those links now automatically open in a new tab - https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1777954. I hope this helps!
