Hello Jennifer, In 3.5 there's a new feature that can be turned on to email/text staff about pending patrons - https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1849736 I'm not aware of anything similar for the Holds Pull List, though I can see a similar alert being useful there too.
