On re-reading this, I think I may have left a false impression. I did not mean 
to imply that the implementation in iscsi is broken. To the contrary, it is the 
rare exception that is actually correct. It is just kind of obscure and 
needlessly complicated. I suppose RFC1982 is what really should be changed...
