Hi Vivek, LLD fills up the iscsi_transport structure, IIRC tgt_dscvr is currently used by Qlogic LLD only (This is to support card's on-chip offload capability to discover targets).
I would suggest you to see some how existing LLD's register with iscsi_scsi_transport.
