Not sure what you want to do. I think the md1200 is SAS only right? You cannot do iscsi directly to it. You would have to run a iscsi target on the box connected to the md1200, then export that storage as iscsi disks. You need to contact the Xen people to see what target they support, or contact dell to see if they recommend something, or you can search in google. Some popular open source iscsi targets are tgt, IET, SCST and LIO. They may or may not be supported by xen.
