The most common errors are: 1. The initiator might not be in a target access list for the luns on the target. Check your initiator name /etc/iscsi/initiatorname.iscsi and make sure it is in whatever list your target wants it in. 2. The target might not have luns exported correctly. Make sure LUNs are actually exported on the target side. 3. SCSI layer scanning error.
