The problem is that I am using one target/LUN per port as I am sharing PCIe 
SSDs backed LUNS with high IOPS. Basically, this was the recommendation 
from Mellanox such that I have one session per port.  In my testing when it 
was working, I was getting about 800KIOPS for 8 sessions.  I do need to be 
able to use different ports.
