          now  I meet the question,  this  question  log  is below:

       my test environment: 
                    target :   system: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 
6.4     target driver:  stgt 1.0.55
                    initiator:    system:  Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 
release 6.4
       my test tools:
                    fio
       now I have changed below iscsi config
                change  node.session.cmds_max = 128          to      
node.session.cmds_max = 32

                   change     node.session.queue_depth = 32        to      
node.session.queue_depth = 8

                   change     scsi device timeout,                             
echo  300  > /sys/block/sdm/device/timeout

        but  the error still  happen

                  I should how to resolve this question?
