I created release tags for 0.93, which is an oldest version I saw created 
by you,
and then I updated the README a bit and updated to version 0.94, creating
another tag.

So you can get either version at:

  https://github.com/gonzoleeman/open-isns/archive/VERSION.tar.gz

where VERSION is 0.93 or 0.94
