Log:
The recent upgrade of maven-jar-plugin to 2.1 caused the Implementation-Version
tag to be excluded from the manifest, which we rely on to detect the current
version. Added "addDefaultSpecificationEntries" and
"addDefaultImplementationEntries" to pluginManagement to fix this.
