+1 to the release. I didn't do a thorough look through this release, but it looks like the same general package as the last RC with the previous issues addressed. Thanks for updating the available KEYS file -- the signatures of the binary / source zip packages worked fine this time.

I used mvn to get the maven artifacts of the build; all the dependent artifacts downloaded and everything worked fine with Mike's excellent repository. I ran rat on both binary and source distributions and found just one anomaly not reported earlier: docs/manual/manual.html doesn't have a license in it. I didn't look at the binary distribution with rat so I didn't catch this before. I assume that this file is generated but in future we should probably see if there is a way of including a license header in it. For now, we can mark it as being generated. Good job everyone.
