Hi Jessica,

Centos datastreams are build as so called derivatives of other profiles in our case.

So If you want to build datastream for Centos, you can download an upstream release and run for example:

./build_product rhel8 --derivatives

to build for Centos 8.

use rhel7 instead of rhel8 if you want to build for Centos 7.

HTH,

Vojta

Update:

I have been able to build the rhosh13 contents from version 0.1.50, however, CentOS is nowhere to find. Looks like CentOS has been excluded by the project. Do you have the path to find out the CentOS contents? I am keeping looking for it here.

Thanks,

Jessica

Last metadata expiration check: 0:31:25 ago on Fri 31 Jul 2020 07:13:25 AM EDT.

Package scap-security-guide-0.1.48-7.el8.noarch is already installed.

Dependencies resolved.

Nothing to do.

Complete!

Thanks,

Jessica

Hi Vojtech,

Thank you for taking a look. I didn't realize that I was running at the version of "scap-security-guide-0.1.42-11.el8.noarch.rpm" before you asked. I now downloaded the version of "scap-security-guide-0.1.50" but not sure how to build it. I am looking into the docs while you may have wiser advice.

Regards,

Jessica Han

Hello Jessica,

thank you for asking. Which package versions of scap-security-guide are
you exactly using?

Best regards,

Vojta
