Hi Angela,
Recently, we have fixed some bugs and we have implemented multiple
features in order to improve OpenSCAP's compatibility with the SCAP 1.3
standard and to satisfy SCAP 1.3 validation requirements. These
improvements are part of the latest upstream release (OpenSCAP 1.3.5).
However, at this moment, OpenSCAP isn't SCAP 1.3 certified.
