I am currently seeing this issue:

On RHEL 7.9, OpenSCAP 1.3.7

With over 4 million warnings...

I see you fixed something similar:

but on another post it was being held until RHEL 8 (Same OVAL def works 
perfectly).

Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue on RHEL 7?
