Technical Skills and Experience Required 5 years experience in business applications development, including application programming interfaces. 5 years Java and J2EE experience, Sun certification preferred 5 years JavaScript experience 3 years systems analysis and requirements specification 3 years Web applications architecture and design/programming 3 years experience working with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL, DB2) architectures 3 years verifiable experience leading complex technical projects spanning multiple business units. Strong communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams.
