Daily Responsibilities: Deliverables include developing learning objectives, content outlines, WBT modules, HTML online help, virtual classroom modules, instructor guides, learner guides, and implementation of a train-the-trainer program. Years of Experience & Expertise Level: . Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Necessary Skills (Must Have): . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . 5+ years experience in creating instructional content and courseware outlines . 5+ years experience delivering interactive CBT/WBT modules . 5+ years developing train-the-trainer curriculum . 5+ years writing documents for multiple target audiences (technical & non-technical) . Experience creating various learning approaches: traditional classroom instruction, CBT/WBT, and virtual classroom training (e.g. WebEx) .
