Technical Lead - .Net Location: Los Angeles, CA Duration: 6 months Rate: $55/hr C2C Relevant Work Experience: 7 years Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required Responsible for the technical vision, direction, and architecture of the project. Produce all design documentation including class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and state diagrams. Translate business needs/requirements into technical solutions. Define mechanisms of integration with third-party systems. Assess performance implications of design trade-offs. Consult with client to ascertain and define need or problem area, and determine scope of investigation required to obtain solution Manage process to identify, debug, and fix logical or compilation errors. Identify a course of action for debugging complex logical or system problems Partner with the Business Analyst to produce the User Interface design. Liaison between the client and the technology development team in China Verify that the design established is implemented as specified. Works with the Project Manager to determine technical activities, durations, and dependencies. Escalates and resolves issues with the Project Manager when required Mentors technical resources. Qualifications: At least 7 years of software development experience in Microsoft technologies ie .Net, C#, etc… At least 2 years of experience in a software lead role with a focus on .Net Extensive experience in designing applications and producing deliverables Very good understanding of the software life cycle development process Experience with Outsourcing and/or serving in a consulting environment is required. Strong communication and customer facing skills – both verbal and written are required. Good listening skills. Good presentation skills. Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or engineering.
