**PeopleSoft HRMS Analyst*

Work Location: Oakland, CA

Target Start Date:            ASAP

Estimated Duration:        6 Months +

Position Description:

·    Research and analyze the business requirements, workflows and business
processes to define detailed plans to map functional needs to PeopleSoft
HRMS product functionality and define an implementation roadmap for the
solution as well as detailed roadmaps for various functional areas to
migrate to the solution

·    Lead efforts in clearly establishing a functional base line for as-is
state and defining the to-be state with transition roadmaps for various
functional areas that includes the key components around business process,
policy framework, process re-design, people change management and working
closely with other technology team members in determining technology and
product configurations.

·    Work with project team members, including: business partners, solution
architect, project development lead and project manager. Provide input and
recommendations about architecture, dependencies, project plans and to
improve the quality of the solution being developed.

·    Attend review sessions in order to understand workflow requirements and
potential issues, risks and/or conflicts. Create design and configuration
documents from approved requirement. Review the technical requirements,
design documents and test plans and provide recommendations

·    Develop use-cases, review and submit exception from standards, and
establish exit criteria prior to completion of a specific functional design.
Update project requirements documents, user guides, training materials and
effectively manage change control processes.

·    Additional Information: ? *10+ years' proven experience with
systems/process analysis in Oracle/PeopleSoft HRMS implementations including
versions 8.8 and 8.9***

·    Strong understanding of Oracle/PeopleSoft: HR Modules, PeopleTools,
PeopleCode, Quest STAT - PeopleSoft version control tool, SQR, Application
Engine, Administration/Configuration

·    Prior experience in tracking and managing Contingent Workforce using
PeopleSoft HRMS

·    Strong analytical & critical thinking, writing, consulting skills, and
ability to work within a team.

·    Understanding of Project life cycle.

·    Microsoft Office skills required.

·    Very good communicator with excellent customer service skills who can
work with business sponsors and technologists to articulate business
requirements and technology options

·    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or MIS or
equivalent experience
