Face to face - NJ Job Description - Business Analyst (6 months +, rate $50/hr)
*Prior Industry experience req'd, strongly prefer Group Insurance and Claims experience* Typical BA duties (don't need a hands-on coding background) *Overview* Immediate need for an experienced Business Analyst with prior Insurance system experience, preferably with Group and Claims insurance knowledge Initial term is 6 months with a strong possibility of extensions and/or conversion to a direct permanent employee of our client. *Responsibilities* Will support Group Insurance's systems initiative to auto adjudicate Short Term Disability (STD) claims. This position will require a strong self starter to interface with senior members of our Disability Claims area in defining enhancements. This person will work with a team of FTE and consultant BA's as well as our inhouse development staff. *Qualifications* Required skills: Strong analysis skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills Use Case experience is essential.
