Contract or contract to hire or full time hire *Immediate closure* It is not a *windows admin position.* We are looking for people with good experience in *veritas cluster* *service and veritas volume manager* *experience on windows is must.* *Note: - Please don't send regular windows admin profiles, please send only suitable resumes.* * * ***Skill:* OS / AD (Primary) / DNS / DHCP *Description: * · Should have Exchange Server Administration experience preferably with hands-on experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining a medium/large environment (at-least 100-150 Servers) · Should have Vertias (Veritas Cluster Server and Veritas Volume manager) experience. · Installing, configuring and maintaining Exchange 2000, Exchange 2003 servers with knowledge of Exchange 5.5 Servers. · Design and configure the High Availability environment using MSCS or other cluster solutions with knowledge/experience on Storage Devices (SAN, NAS, and DAS) · Good Proficiency in System Fault Tolerance Design, Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning · Installation and Configuration of at-least one backup tool for Exchange – Backup-Exec /Net-backup /Arcserve/ Legato · Capacity planning and Fine tune system for optimal performance · Must have good exposure to planning / implementing storage groups. · Should have knowledge if configuring connectivity to other mailing systems and applications. · Must have good exposure of connectors, experience of working in mixed environments with 5.5 servers is an added advantage. · Should have knowledge in OS and AD. · Knowledge/ exposure of Gateways, anti-spam applications, anti virus tools for Exchange. · Knowledge of Exchange Monitoring, Management, Reporting tools is an added advantage. · Should have good communication and customer interaction skills. · Candidates being looked for Track/Team Lead should have good team management and planning skills in addition to sound technical background. · Global exposure would be preferred. · Global exposure in large environments would be preferred. · Onsite transition experience would be an added advantage. · Hands-on exposure on Migration from earlier versions or other mailing systems would be preferred. · MCSE / MCSA with Exchange papers as an elective are fine.
