*Senior Test Lead* Location: New Hudson, MI Duration: 4+ months Rate: 50$ Must Have:** * **: 8 years of experience** : Performance Tester or ROBOT : lead Performance Tester : Rational Suite (Clear Quest)* Description: - The Performance Test specialist will be responsible for planning, designing and executing performance test efforts. - The specialist will be actively involved in recording, debugging and implementing performance test efforts. - In addition, the test performance specialist will be involved in the review of requirements, test cases, and other project artifacts. Responsibilities: - Develop performance plans and strategies. - Review requirements and define performance scenarios. - Recording an debug scripts using Rational Tools. - Create Performance Reports. - Effectively communicate performance issues and provide. - Support test lead by identify risks and to develop mitigation strategies. Required Skills: - 3 -5 years experience in planning and implementing performance test efforts. - 2 – 3 years of experience with Rational Performance Tester or ROBOT. - 2 -3 years of experience with Rational Functional Tester. - Experience with data driven automation techniques. - Practical knowledge and experience in all phases of software QA. - Experience with testing at different levels (unit, functional, integration, system, load and performance testing). - Excellent Written and oral communication skills. Preferred Experience: - 2 -4 years experience as a lead Performance Tester. - 2-4 years experience with test automation development and maintenance for web based applications using the Rational Suite. - 2 -4 years experience with Rational Clear Quest. - Experience working with iterative development methodologies.
