· Provide all systems support and liaison functions for US Post Trade Operations · Work with international team also based in London and Hong Kong to provide support for Post Trade applications and operations, to both internal departments and external customers of the bank's Commodities trading services. · Provide middle and back office application support for Rolfe and Nolan RanClear and GL Trade Clear Vision products. · Perform analysis and determine resolution for trade processing and post trade clearing issues while working with user departments, software vendors as well as New York and Chicago commodity exchanges. · Analyze impact and manage software and business changes, including needs assessment, project plans, implementation and support. · Perform unit and User Acceptance testing in order to ensure successful software implementations. · Assure that regulatory reporting requirements are met via analysis and require modification testing and implementation · Review and document operating procedures, develop and implement changes where appropriate.
